Blood supply...: This seems to be more of a description of 'poor circulation' than of a nerve root problem. Have you lost the natural hair on your legs? This can be another sign. If smoking, stop. Seek help early.

May well be: If you have narrowing in the spine and spurs , the level is unstable. Find a doctor that does prolotherpay and get you back worked on with the prolotherapy to stailize that area and prevent further decline and allow the srrea to heal.
