Very unlikely: Low wbc, or leukopenia, has very many causes. Weight loss, in and of itself, does not cause leukopenia. However, you can have low wbcs from malnutrition associated with weight loss.

Anemia with Leukopen: Liver disease can cause low blood cell counts. Continue to monitor the numbers in 3 months, if gets worse find out any other cause for the anemia.
White cell count also may vary from time to time, most of the time it is benign, if continues to get lower consider consulting with a hematologist.

What you have transmitted is useless without this info and the opportunity to see you face to face. Find a good pcp with an excellent clinical reputation and go soon.

Many symptoms: A very low vitamin D and/or a low blood count can be the cause of your symptoms but it could be something else.

If this doesn't go away, or gets worse, over a few hours you need to see a doctor right away.

A trip to the Emergency Room would be in order.

Low wbc alone can be due to viral infections, bone marrow pathology and autoimmune disease. A hematologist is best to evaluate and advise you. I have seen a number of benign causes of low wbc and and these were predominantly females interestingly

It's just a test.: Unless you have specific signs and symptoms of a white cell deficiency this is probably just normal variation.
