Rash: A rash under breast could be yeast infection. Try an anti yeast cream and keep the skin dry once rash is gone

i am having red rashes on my arms since last 1 week. i started getting burning sensation since last 2 days and also rashes increased. they look like ring worm but am not sure if they can be heat rash or something else. wanted to know the dr's opinion?

Have to see it: Rashes are best diagnosed by having a healthcare professional look at it.  Recommend that you see your provider or setup a telehealth consult so that you can be treated with the appropriate medication if needed.  Ringworm does have a circular raised appearance, it can itch or burn and spreads easily. There is an antifungal cream that you can use, sometimes takes weeks for it to go away.

Is it shingles?: Usually only on on side of the body and look like red spots some may look like blisters.  Shingles is react ovation of chickenpox virus. Numbness and pain typically precede rash.  Treatment consists of ant viral like Acyclovir , steroids, and pain meds.

: Since yeast may be a causative agent in this rash due to friction and moisture,I recommend treatment with an ointment containing both corticosteroid &amp; antiyeast components (like mycolog). In addition,I recommend wearing loose white cotton underwear and avoiding tight jeans or pants. Instead of a prescription, your pharmacist may recommend nonprescription separate ointments, a steroid&amp;an antiyeast

Still sounds fungal: Would treat it as a superficial fungal skin infection till gone and doesn't return: cleanse area well every morning, antifungal powder after drying, cotton underwear, if perspire-change during the day; combo antifungal/cortisone cream at night, make sure get the borders of the rash; and your doc or dermatologist should consider giving a short rx with an oral anti fungal medication. diangosis sounds right.

This : This rash could be a few different things. 
- impetigo is a skin infection caused by bacteria - either streptococcus or staph. This needs to be treated with antibiotics. 
- contact dermatitis is skin inflammation. It can be caused by plants such as poison ivy or poison oak or it can be from contact of a chemical or item that a person is particularly sensitive to. This is usually treated with steroid creams or oral steroids. 
- viral illness such as chicken pox, shingles or herpes can also cause painful blisters on a red base. This can be treated with anti-virals or just needs to run its course depending on the severity of the infection.

The best thing to do is to contact his doctor and have him seen, since each possible problem requires different treatments. Good luck.
