I have a rash that started as a heat rash in august and wont go away. its around my grond area and if i use antifungul or hydrocortizone it returns?

Still sounds fungal: Would treat it as a superficial fungal skin infection till gone and doesn't return: cleanse area well every morning, antifungal powder after drying, cotton underwear, if perspire-change during the day; combo antifungal/cortisone cream at night, make sure get the borders of the rash; and your doc or dermatologist should consider giving a short rx with an oral anti fungal medication. diangosis sounds right.
