every time i begin to fall asleep i get huge heart palpitations. it's been happening for 4 days straight, exhausted. is there an arrythmia associated with falling asleep?

: I do not know what you mean by "huge palpitations".  I am not aware of an arrhythmia that occurs when a person is falling asleep. 
The only way to get confirmation of the "arrhythmia" and determine what type it is, is to undergo ambulatory rhythm monitoring.
I would urge you to see your doctor and follow his/her advice.

Palpitations: Palpitations have many causes from anxiety through anatomic and physiologic abnormalities. The feeling of bounding usually relates to the volume of blood pumped with each palpitation. There is no simple single answer for the question. If you're bothered by the feeling should consult a dr. To see if the problem can be clarified.

Not sure: I would need much more information.  Is it when you lay down then i would think hiatal hernia.  I am confused about the "while sleeping" unless you were being monitored.

i hve anxiety. i experienced heart palpitations lately while sleeping. it wakes me up from sleep &my heart beat really fast. is that normal? i am diagnosed with anxiety & depression and i was feeling ok few month before. start to hve that in october.

Palpitations: can be a symptom of anxiety but you need to see your doctor to rule out medical conditions.  Then see a clinical psychologist who can teach you some strategies to deal w/your anxiety.  See www.relaxationrespose.org for some self-help too.  Peace and good health.

: Glad to hear your dog is normal. Not likely related to your dog but your coffee intake.  Lower it and see. Body is talking to you.  Listen and take good notes and discuss with local Dr.

Palpation: Palpation's have multiple causes and depending on  the clinical scenario. The majority are not serious  but if you are having symptoms you should see your doctor to get a complete check up. Are you anxious? after looking at medical causes consider discussing this with your doctor.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

could changing from kombiglyze xr to janumet be inappropriate to my body? after changing high blood pressure developed, heart palpitations&choking after sleeping once nightly,arms&legs cramps..?

: The change may have caused the complications. If your sugars were controlled with Janumet I suggest you change back or add another medication to the Janumet if necessary. Good Luck
