I hve anxiety. i experienced heart palpitations lately while sleeping. it wakes me up from sleep &my heart beat really fast. is that normal? i am diagnosed with anxiety & depression and i was feeling ok few month before. start to hve that in october.

Palpitations: can be a symptom of anxiety but you need to see your doctor to rule out medical conditions. Then see a clinical psychologist who can teach you some strategies to deal w/your anxiety. See www.relaxationrespose.org for some self-help too. Peace and good health.
