: Other than heart pathology, shortness of breath with exertion can be due to simple poor conditioning, lung disorders,anemia. The shortness of breath from anxiety is usually noted at rest but not so much with exertion. Is the abdominal fullness associated with bloating from gas buildup?  Do you force yourself to belch which makes more gas formartion?  Consider stress management therapy for anxiety

Yes: There are several classes of drugs to lower lipids. The most commonly used are called statins and they lower the bad cholesterol. Other drugs, called fibrates, lower the triglcyerides. The drugs are of no use in losing weight, that you have to do on your own. It can be done, i lost forty pounds.

: No.I have not seen reports of it affecting your cholesterol and LDL as blood levels driven by you genes and your diet.  So most likely you changed your diet between studies. Some folks are very sensitive to diet. Do a family tree for cholesterol and heart disease.  And learn to feed your roots correctly... to keep lipids healthier.

Indirect via fluid: Increased intake of salt results in increased salt in the blood vessels. As a result, water tends to follow the salt. The net effect is higher volume in the blood. This can increase blood pressure which is a risk factor for heart disease.
  If a person has underlying heart failure, a higher intravascular volume can exacerbate symptomatic heart failure which may require hospitalization.

Several: Angina is chest, jaw, arm, back or shoulder pain that comes from the heart due to lack of proper blood flow to heart muscle. The classic cause of angina is coronary disease, this is typically cholesterol blockage of the arteries of the heart. Another cause is "syndrome x" which is spasm in the small vessels of the heart.  Prinzmetal angina is caused my spasm (pinching) of larger heart arteries.

Ecg: Atrial mechanical processes can affect the P wave without changing the others. Ventricular local processes especially damage can alter the qrs. These processes of ventricular alteration would almost always also affect the t wave. Some processes of electrolyte or ischemic nature can change the t wave without changing qrs.
