Unrelated: These symptoms are unrelated. It is not uncommon to feel or hear the pulse in the ear, but if it is a very noticeable feeling, it's prudent to have your blood pressure checked to make sure it's not elevated. Your arm symptom is nonspecific but could be due to an inflamed tendon in the elbow. If you can take them,nsaids like Advil or Aleve (naproxen) may help. Otherwise see your physician for evaluation.

Talk to your dr: Hearing your own heartbeat could be a sign of high blood pressure, you should have this checked.  It is also possible that you have an ear infection or blocked ear canal.  This symptom needs to be looked into.

sometimes hear ringing heartbeat in ears lying down at night. not present at other times, when standing in quiet room hear mild tinnitus but doesnt pulsate. google has scared me. is pulsatile tinnitus only lying down, not every night, a concern?

Pulsatile tinnitus: Hearing one's own pulse or blood flow sound (often a swishing sound) is called pulsatile tinnitus. It's always loudest when the heart is beating strongly or with higher blood pressure, which goes along with fear, pain, anxiety, etc. It usually is due to a bend in an artery in the area and is harmless. But discuss with a doctor if you remain concerned.

Many causes: Blackouts on standing strongly suggests orthostatic hypotension. There are many causes. A few examples: gunshot wound, sepsis, many medicines, internal bleeding, sunstroke, anaphylaxis - and many others.

: Post covid syndrome is a big topic for research at this time. A article released last week reports that up to 50-60% patients with Covid-19 infection have post Covid syndrome. So I would not be surprised it may apply in your case but I can not tell you how long that will last.

40yo w/tubes put in right ear 2wks and left 1wk ago for etd. muffled/tunnel hearing, pulsatile tinnitus, dizzy w/earplugs in at work. normal or subsid?

Tube: You should not be having muffled hearing. I would notify your ENT.
