Unrelated: These symptoms are unrelated. It is not uncommon to feel or hear the pulse in the ear, but if it is a very noticeable feeling, it's prudent to have your blood pressure checked to make sure it's not elevated. Your arm symptom is nonspecific but could be due to an inflamed tendon in the elbow. If you can take them,nsaids like Advil or Aleve (naproxen) may help. Otherwise see your physician for evaluation.
