It depends on, for instance, if there is associated fullness in the same ear, hearing loss in the same ear, and the dizziness you feel is a violent spinning, which would indicate meniere's disease. i think there might be something wrong with my ears, i can hear okay from my right ear, but hearing from my left it sounds a lot more muffled. i keep hearing this buzzing sound in my left ear and sometimes my heartbeat. should i go to my doctor?

Stress or BUG: You may be stressed over the incident and can not get the sound of a buzzing fly out of your head, or the fly could be in your ear canal?  I would expect you would be able to know the difference, but bugs in the ear canal are unfortunately common and may need to be removed by the Doctor.  Good luck.

i have a blocked ear, buzzing sound at times, hearing problem and pain at times. its been going on for 3 days. i am using ear drops.

Exam needed: Impaction of the external ear canal by wax may be causing blockage as well as the other symptoms. An Otolaryngologist is best to examine you, remove the wax appropriately and visualize the ear drum to determine whether it's inflamed/infected which may require oral antibiotics and
appropriate ear drops. Another possibility is blockage of the eustachian tube in the back of the ear from nasal mucus.

Avoid loud noises: After one episode of exposure to very loud noise, if you feel like your hearing is normal, you probably don't need to see an audiologist. But, the well-known cause of premature reduced hearing is repeated exposure to loud noises, such as loud music, factory work, working around loud engines. Turn down the volume on the headphones and if you get pain, take them off. Give your ears a break to heal.

Jaw back: Go to your dentist and have him rule out temporomandibular disease which due to lower jaw to far back can affect the ear. Research an article by dr. Costen from 1924 that discusses correction of jaw overclosure.

i can't hearing prominently through somedays.i clean my ears regulary and  ears had no problem.4 years i am working in power plant with huge sound.
