Difficult diagnosis: If it involves numbness, I would recommend getting an EMG test to see if there is a nerve involved.  It could be a focal seizure, and seeing a doctor could help tease that out.  They might order an EEG.  Another possibility is an atypical migraine.  Multiple sclerosis is another possibility.  The shoulder should be looked at as a source of the pain as well.

: After ten days the bone would be covered with gingiva and the chance of dry socket is almost nil. Unless you are in pain or swollen, don't worry.

so i have an issue. some of the back teeth in my lower jaw on the left side hurts if i chew down on food or if i brush my tongue on it. it happens for a day, stops for a few weeks, then picks back up. it's not a sharp pain, more like a dull pinching pain.

Hard to say: It is very nasty and invasive. Treatment requires stopping the osteoporosis med, often surgery to remove the necrosed bone and enhance new bone growth  and sometimes in severe cases bone grafts. Overall the incidence of avn is not that great, you are just very unlucky. I wish you all the best

Not : Not sure that there is a cause and effect here between the stomach issues and your jaw complaint. I would recommend staying with a soft diet, taking over the counter Ibuprofen for the next 36 hours per the bottle instructions (if you have no contraindications to taking the medication) and placing moist heat on the affected area.  If no improvement in about 72 hours seek care from your dentist or an oral and maxillofacial surgeon.

See an Orthodontist: Ask your dentist to refer you to an orthodontist. The class ii jaw relationship may be solved with just braces, or you may need to have an oral surgeon working with the orthodontist to perform orthognathic surgery. Depends on how severe the class ii relationship is.

Stabilization of the jaw is learned a toddler to help swallow larger volumes of fluids as the transition is made from bottle to cup.  Mild movement of the jaw may be noticed in older individuals.  If you have any difficulty swallowing or notice choking, you should be evaluated by your doctor.
