i am thinking of changing my lifestyle since i don't eat healthy and green foods. would it be bad for me if i just stop eating meats and other fatty and unhealthy foods right away? thank you?

: Get guidance from a nutritionist. There various nutrients in meets and other foods you might exclude that are just as important for health as vegetables. Vegetarians who grow up in that lifestyle learn to accommodate those needs but if you just stop &amp; eat vegies you will eventually develop nutritional deficiencies than can impair health.

Eat fresh fruit ; ve: Your height and wait are fine. You need to eat a diet of fresh organic fruits and vegetables, grass fed beef, free range chicken and ocean caught fish. I would limit nuts to 2 oz.

Get thyroid checked: Sometimes the inability to gain weight is due to an overactive thyroid.  This can be seen by doing a simple blood test.  There are some medications to help increase appetite; however, first, i would work on slowly increasing portion sizes so that your tummy can tolerate more food before you feel "full". Also, add a "weight gain" protein shake/smoothy 1-2 times daily for extra healthy calories.

Maybe: It depends on your underlying health issues.  People with gluten and other food sensitivity can have symptoms not develop for several days and their effects may linger.  Just enough irritation to your system can occur such by the time it has resolved, there you go and cheat again!

Food-based multi: A food based multi from your natural foods store makes the most sense as it is all derived from fruits and vegetables. There are also delicious tasting greens powders that can be made into smoothies (into which you can also hide plenty of veggies by adding banana or green apple).  I see no negative effects except occasional upset stomach from multi which doesn't happen if you take it with food.
