? Food poisoning: Sounds like food poisoning. If symptoms do not recur, you may just wish to make a note of what you are before the vomiting and avoid that. If symptoms recur it would be prudent to see a doctor.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Can be a big problem: Severe headaches, accompanied by neck pain, could be a type of meningitis (serious infection around the spinal cord and/or brain), although the real flu can cause similar symptoms. Cold feet, chills, and tremors occur when fever is rising; sweating happens when fever is dropping. Light-headedness and vomiting make it all more worrisome. A trip to the doctor is needed to evaluate these symptoms.

Multiple symptoms: My best advice is to have your daughter get evaluated by her pediatrician. Dizziness could be from low blood pressure. Night sweats - from infection especially tb. Bruises on her thigh could be trauma or a blood disorder.

Depends: If your symptoms abate with hydration, it was dehydration. If the symptoms persist for more than a day, it would be prudent to see your doctor.

Heat exhaustion: Please drink lot of water, Gatorade may help to rehydrate yourself. Exposure to prolonged heat and sun maths e caused heat exhaustion. If your mental status changes, worsening headaches, fever, visual disturbances, vomiting g or any other worsening symptoms. Go see a doctor immediately

Could be migraine: There are different types of headache- migraine and tension headaches are the most common ones. Migraine headaches usually are one sided headaches- can be preceeded with aura, hallucination etc- also can be associated with photosensitivity etc. Although brain tumor also can give headache- but it is not very common.Having said that-if those symptoms bother you- go to see your md and get checked.
