I got a headache and kind of felt light headed while driving home. i was either freezing or sweating no cough just body hurt next day was same i couldnt sleep i got some theraflu felt great it just went away but now i lost my voice. ?

Viral infection?: Your symptoms could be from a number of different causes, including several possible viral infections (like flu). If you are feeling better except for the loss of voice you can probably stay home 1-2 more days & then return to work/activities if better, but if anything worsens best to see Dr & possibly have a flu test & perhaps even a COVID test
