Viral infection?: Your symptoms could be from a number of different causes, including several possible viral infections (like flu). If you are feeling better except for the loss of voice you can probably stay home 1-2 more days & then return to work/activities if better, but if anything worsens best to see Dr & possibly have a flu test & perhaps even a COVID test
