Why am i having burning sensation and pain in my foot and also my urine comes like water sometime yellow,do i need to be worried?
From last 1 week I'm having dark yellow urine in the morning straight after waking up (no foul smell or burning sensation). During the course of the day, the urine goes back to normal (colourless). Is this a problem with my kidneys?
