Difficulty swallowing can be due to many causes, and headaches can be either continuous or periodic depending upon their cause.  If you feel you may have been exposed to HIV you should be tested asap, because the earlier therapy is begun the better the outcome.  You can live a long life if this is treated.

Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Second, the symptoms of ARS are "nonspecific", i.e. identical symptoms occur in many conditions. Even with typical symptoms, usually it's something other than ARS. But if you think you were exposed, get checked ASAP?
