Possibly: Hiv can present with nearly anything, but you haven't given any exposure history (unprotected sex, IV drug use, infected fluid exposure) that would say you were at risk; HIV doesn't just come from nothing. If you are concerned due to a history of high risk sexual activity or IV drug use, go see a doctor and get checked.
