: Sounds most consistent with sinus issues---fullness and pressure. The sinuses surround rhe orbit so "eye pain" is frequent. The red squiggly lines are subconjunctival blood vessels. An evaluation with an ENT with imaging that includes the sinuses and orbit (to rule out orbital pathology) is a good idea.

Neurological: There are a variety of nerves running along the sides of your head/face. Any burning, cold, tingling, painful jolt, or crawling sensation could be the result of improper stimulation of these nerves = parasthesia. If this is a recurring sensation or you have strange sensations in multiple areas, it might be time to see a neurologist. They can do nerve testing and determine the underlying cause.

10 days of right side head pains. not a constant headache. sinus pressure, come & go ear discomfort, occasional ear ringing, random pains on top & side of head, a few sharp eye pains & back of head was sore for a few days. big fear of aneurysm. idea?

Exam needed: 10 days of those symptoms warrant an investigation. I recommend consulting your physician or  a neurologist or an Otolaryngologist, as neuralgia,muscle contraction tension headaches as well as sinusitis and middle ear infections are possibilities. Appropriate testing will be done. Stress management therapy should be helpful if tension headaches and anxiety are diagnosed.

Interesting symptoms: There are many causes of headaches, but if you have muscle tension, it's possible that a pressure point on the other side of your head is relieving the muscle tension. Your neurologist may be able to confirm this on examination.

Exertional headache: Sometimes a headache after physical exertion or orgasm is caused by a subarachnoid hemorrhage.  Normally this kind of headache is very severe and does not improve with time.  A subarachnoid hemorrhage is an emergency!

Such a condition is rare however.  Most exertional headaches are situational and they improve with rest.  How long has the headache bothered you?  It sounds like its exertional.

Aneurysm: No , you normally would not have symptoms but if you are having persistent headaches please see a physician and get a definitive diagnosis

Irritation: Could be an irritation of the superficial nerve that comes out on the back of your scalp.  Muscle spasm can sometimes cause this nerve to become pinched or irritated.  Try NSAIDs and if it doesn't get better, see your doctor.

Could be: New onset symptoms at your age should raise concern, but even those symptoms may still be benign. On top of the list, combining those 2 symptoms could be headaches caused by sleep deprivation. However, this is far from an exhaustive list. You're worried--so go get it checked out.
