Warfarin: tylenol shoud be ok
but if he headache persists or is severe based on the fact that he is on coumadin i would contact his doctor to determine if evaluation as to bleeding is warranted

Not clear if he is saying 'His headache is too much pain' or wants to know if the Definition of headache means 'Too much pain in the head'. Why headache?: This can be a sign of serious health issues.  Listen to your body. Discuss with your team..  My guess is there are at least 1,000 problems that can cause headaches. Dr can help by talking to you and doing examination.  Don’t mess with this. Discuss soon. The more it hurts the faster you need to discuss.

Headache Rx: Run of the mill once in a while headaches can be relieved by over the counter meds such as ibuprogen, tylenol, (acetaminophen) alleve.  Headaches can be caused by many things, if they occur regularly seek the consult of your doctor.  P.S. as with all meds~ read the labels to determine which is right for you!

No one knows: About 1% of the population have headaches associated with orgasm.  Men are 3 times more likely to suffer these than women.  Headaches commonly grow and peak before orgasm but this is not so for everyone.  For most, Orgasm-related headaches resolve on their own w/in a few weeks.  The vast majority have benign cause.  BUT: a few orgasm-related headaches are caused by aneurysm.  See your dr very soon
