No one knows: About 1% of the population have headaches associated with orgasm. Men are 3 times more likely to suffer these than women. Headaches commonly grow and peak before orgasm but this is not so for everyone. For most, Orgasm-related headaches resolve on their own w/in a few weeks. The vast majority have benign cause.
