usually what are the complications if the baby does not turn head down? is there any abnormality in baby if does not turn head down position by 36weeks?

: The babies head is the largest feature to exit the birth canal. If it follows the body it can get stuck &amp; compress the after following umbilical cord stopping oxygen/blood flow. This requires baby to be pushed back &amp; a c-section done as an emergency. Babies have been known to turn head down the last week. Many OBGYNS opt to do a c-section as the least risky option for those reasons.

had a mir and the result letter i recieved back said i had a small vascular abnormality. what are the symptoms should i be concerned the doctor doesn't seem concerned. but i have some weird feelings in my head.

"Vascular : "vascular abnormality" is a pretty vague phrase that can mean a lot of different things.  Some vascular abnormalities need to be fixed but many don't.  Also, a vascular lesion inside the skull has different risks and treatment options than one outside the skull.

As far as the symptoms that might be caused: it really depends what the lesion is and where.  Most cause no symptoms unless they bleed.  Others might cause ringing in the ears, bulging of an eye, or neurological changes like numbness, problems with hearing, vision, or balance, or even seizures.

Whomever ordered the MRI should be willing to discuss these issues with you.  If he or she can't or won't, make an appointment with a neurologist and get him or her a copy of the mri.

x-ray bilateral feet a tiny calcification is present adjacent to the lateral aspect of the 4th metatarsal head,and a small left plantar calcaneal spur. no other abnormality.could you please tell me what this all mean. thank you so much. ?

Depends on: your symptoms.  If you have no symptoms, these x-ray findings mean very little.  If you are having pain in these areas, these findings could mean degenerative changes that might require treatment with anti-infllammatory agents.

: Cannot correlate the "cold sensation" with your report of an apparent MRI finding.  The latter may well be nonspecific.  The images need to be over-read to provide clinical significance. seen in er for 2nd episode in 2 weeks of palpitations,hazy vision,intense head pressure.bp 158/80 (very high for me) .hr. 70s.ekg abnormal because nonspecific st abnormality but normal rhythm. what does that mean and should i follow up on it?

: It's always advisable to see a cardiovascular specialist (cardiologist) for evaluation of persistent hypertension, especially when accompanied by symptoms.  The goal is to determine the underlying cause; then, treatment can be directed at that cause.

Cranial Deformity : Although cranial molding can be done very successful in children, adults with non growing brains do not respond well to cranium passive contouring.  The only way to truly remodel the cranium is to physically reshape the skull. The main question to ask yourself is if the flatness is truly worth the risks of surgical correction. Consult a cranialfacial surgeon and a hairstylist.

is it normal for an adult to have soft spot on top of head sometimes i feel it and sometimes not?

Yes: Some people's fontanelles never totally close. Other people have inborn defects in the skull. Toulouse-lautrec's fontanelle remained very wide open, which is why he always wore the hat. Or you may be feeling a cyst. Your personal physician can advise whether imaging is worthwhile.

No, but no abnormal: Prominent forehead with larger than normal brow ridge is known as frontal bossing, but is not significant. While it is NOT normal, it is NOT significant for any illness.
