If this does not do the job, see a physician. If it happens often, you should see an allergist/immunologist.

This will include skin infection, boils in the area, parotid duct blockade or submandibular gland duct block, injuries, haw fracture , temporomandibular joint inflammation , tooth abscess etc. One must take medical advice and see their MD/ GP for an assessment.
