age 16, weight around 45 to 50. every month menstruation start at 20 to 25th date. every month had horrible crumps and pain and i eat naproxen every month. i also vomit every month continued. like why vomit happen every month?

: What symptoms are described can be caused by endometriosis, a condition which causes pain, cramping and occasional nausea by scattering of endometrial cells into the abdomen, which bleed at the time of menstruation, causing the symptoms.  See your GYN physician and ask about low dose oral bcp's, recommended for treatment of endometriosis.

44f. works out with trainer 2x/week for 1 hour x 2 months .  feel better but haven't lost a pound .  eat fairly well.  don't know what else to do . ?

Working out not enuf: Working out is good and you're wise to do it, but let's face it. It isn't sufficient to produce weight loss. Why? Because the calories you burn in 1 hours can be replaced by the eating you do in 3 minutes. Weight loss is ONLY accomplished by reduced caloric intake. Exercise is helpful but no substitute. the last week or so  my stools have had little whitish things in it that really look like corn.  however, i haven't eaten corn in months?

Corn in stools: I think you have parasites in your GI tract.

No: In young infants , early introduction of nuts into diet reduces the risk of developing allergy to nuts.  In adults, you are no more likely to become allergic after withholding nuts in the diet

Are you pregnant? : Have you changed the amount of exercise you are doing or changed what type of food you are eating?   Any swelling nj your legs or shortness if breath??   You need to see your doctor if you haven't done so already

As long: as he is making at least two wet diapers a day, he is getting enough fluid. If he isn't, call your doctor, as he may need IV fluids. Hope this helps!

Eval: Get yourself a physical to rule out any physical causes for these symptoms. If all result negatively, consider a psychiatric evaluation to determine what bothers you. Depression, as you say, may not be present, but other things may.

can i eat eat a pizza once in awhile while i am on diet.i haven't ate pizza for more than 8 months.can i eat it at night.will it increase my weight?!

Depends!: If you don't load up with cheese and meat, pizza can actually be a tasty part of a diet.  Use some low fat soy cheese (not heaps of it) and a lot of veggies, and plenty of chunky tomato sauce and enjoy!  Check out the calorie difference between the various pizzas available and you ll find that pizza can be awful nutritionally, or pretty good for you!  Know your calories!

what should   8 months child eat?

Most anything.: An 8 month old should not have whole cow's milk due to a risk of intestinal blood loss and anemia. He should not have anything that he could choke on, really anything that requires chewing. We used to think that it was better to wait until a child was older to give more allergenic foods like eggs, peanut butter, or fish, but we now believe that allergies are more common if you wait.

No: It is difficult to survive without eating for a month.  In other words, death from starvation is not a good thing.
