What symptoms are described can be caused by endometriosis, a condition which causes pain, cramping and occasional nausea by scattering of endometrial cells into the abdomen, which bleed at the time of menstruation, causing the symptoms. See your GYN physician and ask about low dose oral bcp's, recommended for treatment of endometriosis.
