Depends!: If you don't load up with cheese and meat, pizza can actually be a tasty part of a diet. Use some low fat soy cheese (not heaps of it) and a lot of veggies, and plenty of chunky tomato sauce and enjoy! Check out the calorie difference between the various pizzas available and you ll find that pizza can be awful nutritionally, or pretty good for you! Know your calories!

Leaner pizza.: Just about any food can be made a bit leaner. As far as pizza, try with light or even no cheese. Try vegetable toppings rather than sausage or pepperoni. Thin crust rather than deep dish or Sicilian. And don't eat the whole thing - maybe two slices only. This would cut the calories a lot and sodium a bit.
