When someone: has diabetes they should not play games with any wounds particularly ones with a history of oozing. Since, we don't see the wound the advice is to follow up with a podiatrist or vascular doctor since the wound is on a toe.

my toe nail was almost torn off and seeped clear liquid for five days. the liquid has stopped and now i have a pusspocket on my skin, around the nail. what should i do?

See your doctor ASAP: See your doctor asap or go to er if you can't get in to see your doctor. The tissue may need to be lanced to let puss out, and you may need a tetanus shot if it's not up to date. Antibiotics may need to be prescribed.

didn't see my 4 yr old in the floor and i ended up stepping on his heel and over extending my pinky toe, the skin under it has split. any suggestions?

Toe Split..: The treatment will depend on the severity if the split. If the bleeding is uncontrollable, then to urgent care you go. If only a minor split, provide the basic first aid treatment. Clean first, apply a topical antibiotic and then dress the toe. As the days progress, watch for signs of infection. At first sign call your doctor for advice and possible antibiotics.

Foot Doctor...: Seems the big toe was injured at the time with Hematoma (blood clotting under that toe nail). With time and healing the nail and the surrounding area has deformed a little. best to see a Foot Doctor, Podiatrist at this time for more restorative treatment.

: Most of the time the portion of the toenail causing this problem has to be removed. If not it will continue to cause infection. See a podiatrist and have it cared for properly

: Why did you do that? If your baby is moving his (her) legs normally then baby should be fine. If baby has trouble with moving the legs spontaneously then bring him (her) to the pediatrician. Take care.

Probably callous: Probably callus, could be alot of causes, including friction. If bothersome, let a podiatrist check you out.
