my throat started hurting yesterday and as today went on i felt weaker, about 10 mins ago i saw a small white bump on the back of my throat. ?

Probable virus: This is most likely the beginning of a viral upper respiratory tract infection which usually goes on to a head cold and runs its course in several days or a week without any specific treatment. However if the sore throat worsens and there is no head cold symptoms, a rapid throat culture is recommended to look for strep throat which requires antibiotic treatment. Meanwhile use lozenges and Tylenol (acetaminophen).

have  one white bump on tonsil but also a trail of white bumps down the left side of throat.  been more tired than usual but not crazy tired. no energ?

Need diagnosis: You do not talk about pain.  A bump on the tonsil could be cyst, accumulation of food in the crypts (indentation of the surface of the tonsil).  Conversely, he trail of of white bumps down the left side of throat could be infection.  Get a proper diagnosis by an ENT doctor and appropriate treatment.

Probably a fibroma: Glad you had it biopsied...a fibroma is benign and can be old "scar" tissue where you've traumatized or bitten(maybe accidentally) your tongue. The next most common thing would be verrucous in nature(wart). If you're bothered by it you're dentist or oral surgeon can remove it, preferably with a diode laser

Tonsilar stone?: Sometimes our tonsils get deep pits or crypts in them and then mucus and/or food gets caught up in them. They will often be hard and some people even complain that there is a distinct smell that comes from them. This might be a "stone". They generally cause no problems and sometimes gargling with some warm salt water will help but if they are painful, I'd have them evaluated by a doctor.

Throat: Likely adenovirus, possibly allergic process.  if no symptoms and you can eat salsa fluids and ibuprofen enough.  If fever, fatigue or persistent problem get checked.
