Need diagnosis: You do not talk about pain. A bump on the tonsil could be cyst, accumulation of food in the crypts (indentation of the surface of the tonsil). Conversely, he trail of of white bumps down the left side of throat could be infection. Get a proper diagnosis by an ENT doctor and appropriate treatment.
