i took my braces off myself and still have this hard stuff on my teeth and my teeth are yellow,what should i do?

Adhesive: The adhesive will need to be removed by a dentist o avoid damage to the enamel. You can discuss whitening your teeth at that time. BTW, how do you plan on keeping your teeth from shifting now that you removed the brackets and wires?

i have a few decaying teeth. but my main concern is the front tooth next to my caine. the bone part came off near the gum awhile ago. tooth still in place. but the white stuff(hard plaque?) now has a hole near gum. what can i do at home to help. no ?

You need to be examined, x-rayed and a treatment plan to be developed. If you want to save this tooth as well as the others than make a dental appointment.

Crush injury: Did you manage to extrude the entire contents of the "pimple"? If not you may now have an inflamed cyst which will benefit from a simple drainage procedure. Otherwise you need to give it a rest and a few days to subside &amp; heal.

However, mononucleosis is always a concern for a range of symptoms and can be tested for. An exam is in order if you don't improve.
