See your dentist: See your dentist to check our bite, the supporting bone and gums (periodontal health) as well as indications of possible bruxism. Your dentist can then discuss possible ways to alleviate your symptoms.

Bruxism?: Bruxism is chronic grinding and/or clenching the teeth (biting really hard). This usually occurs during sleep, but it is an unconscious habit that can also occur during the day. It is often the result of stress, but can also be the result of an uneven bite. Check with your dentist for diagnosis and treatment.
