Possibly an abscess.: There are a number of different conditions that could cause your symptoms, but it is important you get in to see a dentist asap for a proper diagnosis. If it is from a bacterial infection it needs to be addressed quickly.

Draining abscess: Your have a draining tooth pulpal absess.  Because it is draining, the abscess does not compress on the nerve and thus explain for the painless symptom.  The low fluid retention explains for the slight mobility.  The tooth is pulpal necrosis, or dead, and developing and abscess. The draining from the abscess is termed fistula, with the open end on the gum.

This means yours may be completely different. With that being said, many lumps--hard or soft--are often signs of infection. The tooth may be infected with cavity bacteria, or rotting of dead nerve if the tooth has been dead. It may suggest the root has fractured.

Making : Making a diagnosis of your problem over the internet, sight unseen, without a radiograph, is not prudent. It may be an abcess coming from an infection in yout tooth or from a periodontal pocket if that tooth has periodontal bone loss. Either way the tooth needs to be treated if it is sound, otherwise it will need to be extracted before the infection spreads and gets worse.

Bumps: It takes a physical exam to  be able to see, feel and take appropriate X-ray to give you an accurate diagnosis.  See a dentist ASAP for this.
