Just keep an  eye on things and if you so not  improve see your family doctor. He or she  will give you piece of mind and if you are really worried, see an ENT doctor.

the way you are describing it, it could be a deep tissue hemangioma, which is a venous plexus, it gets bigger and shrinks, how long have you had it. I would recommend you to get it examined and possible imaging if there is any concern
