See a dentist ASAP: With so little information, it is impossible to even guess at possible causes or conditions. Tongue pain and hard swelling are rare in the absence of injury (i.e. Tongue bite). Pain in the "underneath part" is especially concerning. You should see your dentist asap and have your tongue checked.
