Swelling of tongue: At your age do not worry about that it is not very likely you have anything to worry about you may have a stone under the tongue or a viral infection. Just keep an eye on things and if you so not improve see your family doctor. He or she will give you piece of mind and if you are really worried, see an ENT doctor.

Bump on gums: Depending on the location it may be an abscess or virus, also dep. On how it looks see your dentist asap for evaluation.
