OSA: Sounds like you should see a sleep physician and find out if you have Obstructive Sleep Apnea. It is easily treated. In extreme cases, this condition is life threatening so please get it checked as soon as possible.

can ms tingling last a few seconds or minutes? i have like a tingling sensation in my right side of my face that comes and goes, doesnt happen often but happens, but lasts max a minute so my question is does ms tingling stay or can it just last 1 m?

: MS stands for MULTIPLE sclerosis.  You have solitary episodic tingling over your face.  You do not describe any additional signs c/w  MS!  You may be experiencing intermittent compression of branches of the trigeminal nerve.  If this is distressing, have a neurologist examine and explain what is occurring.

is a flutter sensation in chest common in 19 yr old. i get them sometimes at rest sometimes at exercise. it doesn't happen often. it happens rarely?

See your doctor: No, a flutter sensation in your chest isn't common.  It could be that your heart is having an arrhythmia, or abnormal heartbeat.  Quite often, arrhythmias are benign and nothing to worry about, but some are more concerning.  Please see your primary care doctor ASAP and she/he will do an exam, EKG, and further work up if needed.  Be well!

Needs evaluation: This should undergo medical evaluation by an internist, family medicine doctor, or a cardiologist to assess if is heart rhythm related. Typically this could involve a Holter or an event monitor to assess whether your symptoms are related to a heart rhythm problem.

hello so i have been experiencing somewhat severe pain in my left lung and this happens randomly but it often happens when i laugh and then the pain would either subside or gets worse when i breathe in or out. i did get covid at april (mild). help?

: This may be a consequence of your Covid infection or something entirely different. To determine cause will require a thorough evaluation of your medical history, a review of your meds (prescription/OTC/recreational), a physical examination, probably imaging, probably lab tests. Please make arrangements to be evaluated by a General Physician, a specialist Internist, or a specialist Pulmonologist.

most of the times i take my first meal of the day like at 3 pm and after i eat my heart start beating very strong. and it last for like 30 minutes to an hour and then slowly it go back to normal. why does that happens?

Maybe cath: If you mean treadmill stress test by tst, then it may be a sign of limited blood flow to the heart called ischemia. Especially if you have chest pain or pressure with exertion, or other symptoms or risk factors, other studies may be done. Hese can include a nuclear stress test, a coronary ct, or even a cardiac catheterization. Discuss with your physician.

what happens if i take 3 claratins?

No added benefit: Research has shown that there was some benefit going from 5mg to 10 mg dose, but after that there isn't any and so the max dose was set at 10. It is a nonsedating antihistamine and so i would venture to say that likely you will not feel much different at all. If you have bad allergies symptoms, consult your doc for evaluation and treatment rather oding yourself with claritin (loratadine). Good luck.
