Needs evaluation: This should undergo medical evaluation by an internist, family medicine doctor, or a cardiologist to assess if is heart rhythm related. Typically this could involve a Holter or an event monitor to assess whether your symptoms are related to a heart rhythm problem.

See a Doctor ASAP: Your symptoms can be due to stress/anxiety, excessive caffeine or other stimulants, or a problem with the conduction mechanism of your heart. Please seek medical attention ASAP, so a clinician can perform an ECG, and possibly refer you to a cardiologist for a holter monitor to assess your heart rhythm over 24hr period, an echocardiogram, and possibly a stress test. Take Care!

See Dr: Need electrocardiogram and physician who knows about heart problems. Need to define heart rhythm. Atrial fibrillation? Ectopic beats? Which kind of ectopics? Why? Valve disease? Thyroid? Other? May, or may not call for therapy.
