This may be a consequence of your Covid infection or something entirely different. To determine cause will require a thorough evaluation of your medical history, a review of your meds (prescription/OTC/recreational), a physical examination, probably imaging, probably lab tests. Please make arrangements to be evaluated by a General Physician, a specialist Internist, or a specialist Pulmonologist.

What you described suggests a musculoskeletal issue rather than anything with your lung. Regular exercise would help. If it persists, it would be prudent to see a doctor. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Wish you good health!
