Maybe cath: If you mean treadmill stress test by tst, then it may be a sign of limited blood flow to the heart called ischemia. Especially if you have chest pain or pressure with exertion, or other symptoms or risk factors, other studies may be done. Hese can include a nuclear stress test, a coronary ct, or even a cardiac catheterization. Discuss with your physician.

Testing & treatment: Depending on the situation, most will followup a + tst with a chest x-ray a& or other tests for active TB based on that study.The next step would be a treatment for many months with a TB med to make sure you do not activate the disease.If your tests suggest active disease, treatment with multiple drugs & close followup would be expected.
