Especially if you have chest pain or pressure with exertion, or other symptoms or risk factors, other studies may be done. Testing & treatment: Depending on the situation, most will followup a + tst with a chest x-ray a& or other tests for active TB based on that study.The next step would be a treatment for many months with a TB med to make sure you do not activate the disease.If your tests suggest active disease, treatment with multiple drugs & close followup would be expected.
