Panic : Panic attacks are usually brief. They often last a couple of minutes to around ten minutes. There may be a sense of a tickle sensation in the stomach or nausea.  When a person has a panic attack they may feel dizzy or faint and may become physically shaky. The person may fear that they are going crazy, they are out of control or that they are about to die.  
    It is reported that 60% of panic attacks are accompanied by hyperventilation. During hyperventilation the person breathes faster or deeper than normal which causes them to blow off too much carbon dioxide (co2).  This in turn can lead to numbness and tingling of the hands, feet and lips. When hyperventilation is severe it can cause muscle spasm in the hands and feet.
  It is very important to have a full physical evaluation because there are a number of medical conditions that can cause a pounding heart, numbness and muscle contractions. Good luck.

ANS: If you have open cuts and they have open cuts  if both your and they are bleeding the answer is YES. Wonder why you do not wear gloves. Probably: This is from a virus termed cocksackie.  By the time you have the rashes from it, you have already exposed your family and baby.  There is no reason to assume that breast feeding by that time will be an additional risk.  And the disease in all but newborns is unpleasant but not dangerous.

Probably not STD: But you could have caught  a virus or even strep with your tongue exploration.   The itchy rash may be from the amoxicillin which one would expect to spread if this is the case.

If you have been: evaluated by a health care professional and they have told you that you have a bursitis issue in the elbow then that is most likely what you have. Without being able to examine you it is difficult to suggest another diagnosis. Your doctor is most likely correct in his assessment.

Not urgent: Sounds like it is on the dorsal side of ur wrist(the side of the back of you wrist?).If that's where it is then it is a "ganglion cyst".Can either be left alone,or aspirated and steroid injected in place of the fluid.Alternatively if this does'nt work it can be removed surgically.Have your doctor check it to make sure that's what u are describing but no need for urgent care.Good luck.Not serious:)

worried regarding hpv from handjob. the masseuse wasn't hygienic from her previous client. she did wash hands briefly.can i contract high risk strains?

Possible: But unlikely. If she has HPV infection in the form of viral warts on her hands she can give them to you by direct contact, but transfer from another client is not a major risk.
