: I would start by visiting your family doctor.  There are many things that could cause that for you.  Your family doctor may be able to treat it for you, or they would be able to refer you to a specialist that certainly would be able to help you.  Now if you have a sharp increase in pain before you are able to see your family doctor, I would go directly to the emergency room for evaluation.

i have pain on my left side from my groin, round the buttocks. sensitive to touch, but muscle pain. spread right side, down to behind knee, have bakers cyst, lumps down the leg. muscles are sore, affecting my daily physical activities.

Sacroileitis?: If could b a # of things, sacro-ileitis being one. Or it could be disc of lumbosacral spine. An ortho doc can do certain maneuvers on you to diagnosis. You might need an MRI of the lower back and pelvis.

See a doctor: May be an inguinal or groin hernia. See a doctor for an exam to see if it is pain from a muscle injury or a possible hernia. Find out what your options for possible treatments are.

: Your pain in the groin area is too mild to worry about it.
Unless it is getting worse over the next 4-6 weeks, you can ignore it.
There is no clear cause for short lived pains. Only if the pain is persisting for minutes to hours and it is getting worse would I be worried about it.

: Many things  eg a small epidid. cyst, irritation, groin strain etc can cause it. Try wearing a support underwear. If it still persists pl see a Urologist. Hope you feel fit

Boils: Apply hot, wet, compresses. That should help to bring them to a head. If this doesn't help you need to see a doctor as you may need an antibiotic

Go see a doctor: Any lymph node that is continuing to enlarge is a sign of something serious that needs medical attention. You should go see your family doctor right away. If you can not get to him/her, you may have to go to the Er to see a doctor in the ER.

Get checked: Do you have severe low back pain, leg weakness, sensation changes  your bowel or bladder, numbness in your sit areas, problems holding your urine or stool or sexual dysfunction? I so, you may have a potentially serious condition in the lower spine - cauda equina syndrome. Do see your clinician in any case for evaluation &amp; treatment. Meanwhile, you can take acetaminophen or an NSAID for relief.

: It likely a side effect of the increase blood flow to the groin. As long as the issue abates in  few minutes, it is not entirely abnormal.
