Your pain in the groin area is too mild to worry about it. Unless it is getting worse over the next 4-6 weeks, you can ignore it. There is no clear cause for short lived pains. Only if the pain is persisting for minutes to hours and it is getting worse would I be worried about it.

What you described suggests temporary pinching of a nerve. You may watch and wait. If the pain gets worse or persistent, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Regular aerobic exercises may help by improving strength and flexibility of muscles. Wish you good health!
