Likely Fungal: Most likely cause is a fungal infection. Unless you are all walking on same carpet with coloring that is staining your feet.  You can try lamasil and anti fungal powder or spray for shoes.  Wear 100% cotton socks and keep feet &amp; toes clean / dry. If no improvement, see your clinician or a podiatrist.

Sole damage.: Bluish green just happens to be the color of a bruise of at least 5 day duration. There are other possibilities such as environmental contamination such dye from socks or shoes and possibly a skin infection. However, I would expect that it would be on both feet. To remove all doubt consult with a specialist.

Weird: That's weird! fungus, dye from socks, erythrasma, or weird pseudomonas infection. Sounds like a trip to the podiatrist!

Bump on foot: A "knot" or enlarged region on top of the foot may be a soft tissue problem called a ganglion cyst, especially if the area is soft and spongy.  It may or not be painful. It may get bigger and smaller at times. 

Other types of problems may show up like this also, so you should have your podiatrist evaluate your foot.  Treatment depends on the diagnosis.

See a foot doctor: I do not know what is meant by a "knot" on your foot. I am sure once a foot doc looks at what you call a knot they will know what it is instantaneously. Severe pain is never fun.

It could be: A bony exostosis or spur that formed. You can have some scar tissue that formed. Is it painful? One needs to also rule out the possibility that you happen to have a soft tissue growth that happens to have occured in the same place as the injury and that the two are unrelated. This would be important as you would have to ensure this process is a benign growth and rule out anything serious.

Plantar Fibroma??: Could be a plantar fibroma.  There are conservative therapies (agressive stretching, accomodative inserts, icing, medications) and also surgical removal.  See your foot/ankle specialist to be certain.  Good luck! dr d.
