Have it seen: This may be a mastitis, duct ectasia (my bet) or some other lesion. This does require being seen by your physician.

Yes: This is called Puberphonia. hormonal changes in adolescence cause the adams apple and vocal cords to enlarge&gt; causing a deeper voice. For various reasons sometimes a high pitched voice persists. You may want to check with your family Dr to be sure there is no hormonal cause. Therapy is provided by a speech therapist experienced in treating Puberphonia.

No data : we have no data on that. You can discuss it with your physician but since you are in your teen years you need some basic calcium to build up your bone calcium bank and you need vitamin D. I would1000 mg of calcium today 500 as a supplement and then 500 from your diet and vitamin D depending on your status you need 1000 or more. This helps build up strong bone which you'll need as you advancing age

Bloating after meal: Many people think that they have celiac and don't. They unnecessarily go on a gluten free diet.  The diagnosis is made by a blood test showing the presence of specific antibodies.  If the diagnosis has been ruled out, you may have a sensitivity to gluten or irritable bowel and may want to try a low carb diet.  If you drink milk with a meal, this could be the culprit if you are lactose intolerant.

Formula types: Enfamil is just a brand name. It is impossible to say whether one is the same as the other unless you specify which type of formula. And there may be minor differences in different countries, as different governments may mandate different amounts of certain vitamins and minerals be added to the formula in their country.

If treated-UNLIKELY: Make sure the child is seen, evaluated, and treated.  Dehydration can occur easily in a 2 yo, so make sure they are well hydrated.  Antibiotics may be needed, etc.  Statistically speaking, it would be very unlikely for the 2 yo to be in any danger of a fatality occurring. best wishes..

Almost nil: You are too old to grow more now.  Your height is based on genetics and a lifetime of proper nutrition and exercise.  Based on your mom and dad's height, you are right where you should be genetically. If you are lucky, you may grow less than an inch but no way at all you will grow 3-5 inches.  That is impossible.
