Clear fluids!: Perhaps water. Ginger ale has some actual anti-emetic qualities. Avoid solid foods till your nausea subsides. Also, hot tea, especially herb or green tea can help.

No: Electrolyte replacements won't decrease hangover or reduce vomiting

consider drinking less at a time - 

enjoy your friends and social setting, but aim for fewer than 2-4 drinks each 2-4 hrs.

Mineral water: Mineral water should not affect the baby in any way, but as long as it contros your vomiting it is beneficial.

See  baby's DR: In newborns, skin or ear temps are typically lower than the actual core temperature which can be measured rectally.  Any fever in a newborn is cause for concern and should be evaluated by the Pediatrician through a full exam and possibly labs. Take your baby to the Dr.

after drinking 2 days ago i had to throw up. not because of dizzyness. i produced high amounts of salvia and then threw up. at first there was small splash of dark brown stuff then it came out normal. i feel ok/good?

: That could be dry blood.  It is good that you feel well and it stopped but if this recurs seek attention of GI specialist and watch the drinking.

Gastroenteritis: Gastroenteritis is most often caused by viral infection.  Adequate fluid and salt intake is essential not to get dehydrated.  Should she develop a sign of dehydration, bloody diarrhea, or fever, seek a medical attention.

Nausea/Vomiting: Nausea/vomiting may be gi-related (food poisoning, peptic disease, gastroparesis, due to biliary ; pancreatic disease, gas/bloat syndrome, small bowel problems. Consider "central" causes: motion sickness, vertigo, migraine headache, brain problems (some very serious). Also, rule out infection (? Urinary tract), medication side effects, pregnancy, ; even reaction to stress. See your doctor please.

Vomitting: Vomiting after meals maybe sign of reflux, peptic ulcer disease, or gastroparesis or blockage. Reflux usually associated with heartburn, sore throat, cough and horseness. Peptic ulcer disease associated with abd pain. Gastroparesis is poor stomach squeezing and manifested by vomiting undigested food hours after ingestion. Blockage can be benign or malignant. Best single test is upper endoscopy.
