Vomitting: Vomiting after meals maybe sign of reflux, peptic ulcer disease, or gastroparesis or blockage. Reflux usually associated with heartburn, sore throat, cough and horseness. Peptic ulcer disease associated with abd pain. Gastroparesis is poor stomach squeezing and manifested by vomiting undigested food hours after ingestion. Blockage can be benign or malignant. Best single test is upper endoscopy.
