Brain shrinkage: JMac - the brain usually shrinks as we age and there is a normal rate of shrinkage.That is called " age appropriate shrinkage" If there is more, it could be associated with early onset of dementia. If there are no symptoms and memory is ok dont worry. Brain shrinkage is not a good way to determine dementia. Mental tests are. See a doc if worried thx

White matterMRI: This means that it is likely that you have a microvascular problem most likely high blood pressure that is knocking off part of your brain.  Discuss with the Dr who ordered it as they know such things as your BP and many other factors that could be involved.  I do not.  But am available for consult.

No major problem : 1 DWI negative is good.  the MRI technique is  called diffusion weighted imaging 
2.  most people as they get older tend to have some brain volume loss  This is a very common finding in nomal people.
3)  left frontal sinus reading may represent long-standing or new  sinus infection/inflammation.  If you are not having headaches above the left eye, have no fever or nasal discharge, do not worry.

Not as simple: In medicine, it is about the patient not the test. Radiologist need to report all findings, which occasionally could alarm and worry non medical person, especially if related to head. I suggest that you write and organize your questions, and meet with your eulogist again for answers. Not all image finding are related and relevant.

Parenchyma is just the main part of an organ or tissue.
Echogenicity refers to how many echoes are produced by a tissue.

It just means more than expected echoes form whatever is being examined. I can't take this any farther without more information.
