please let me know if there is any surgical treatment for spasticity due to cervical myelopathy ?

There are surgical: Options, such as tendon transfers. There are physicians at tgh that i know can do this. However, this will not correct the myelopathy, it will only ease the pain from the spasticity. It may not improve function as well. Have you tried Botox injections? They are very useful with spasticity of you have not tried yet.

This is not ....: something we see very often (I never saw a case in 35 years of medical practice) in the United States.  While not a common site of extra pulmonary disease, it can occur. I read that most patient respond well to standard anti-tubercular therapy, but that in some cases surgery is required. Treatment failure could be attributed to antibiotic resistance. A local TB expert should be consulted.Good luck

TB treatment failure: tuberculosis treatment can fail if the mycobacterium ( tuberculosis) is resistant to the medication used or if the proper dose was not given or the patient does take the medication as prescribed by the doctor, or the treatment   was not continued long enough

Depends..: ...On the diagnosis. Parasitic infections (giardia for example) are treated differently than bacterial. And each bacterial colitis may have a different antibiotic. There are no treatments for viral gastroenteritis. To sort this out you need a stool culture and parasite exam as the first step. After a diagnosis you move on to picking a treatment option.

Gastritis=irritation: Gastritis is a label applied loosely to indicate any form of irritation in the stomach. It can occur with any stomach virus or from reflux or due to ingestion of a variety of irritating substances. Treatment is usually medicine based & with diet modification. I have never heard of any surgical procedure for simple gastritis.

does it matter what i eat when on omeprazole 20mg twice daily. i started this treatment a month ago and still have acid some days. some days are good and some are bad. my gi did upper endo which was normal and said eat whatever i want?

: I wonder why you are on Omeprazole if Endoscopy is “normal”. I am a believer that a healthy diet is the best cure for acidity or heartburn, and do not eat late at night.

Really depends: This is a detailed discussion that can't be answered here. You need to talk to your doctor.  It depends on the time course and what has been done. You may need surgery but again it really depends. You need to speak with your doc or one who has all the info.

is it really dangerous to combine ketorolac 10mg + diclofenac  50mg ( twice a day -morning and evening dose) for upto 5 days treatment . doc has also given pantoprazole 40mg twice a day with the above combination. i am worried about gi risk .

It’s absurd : Ketorolac is more effective than other NSAIDs. I am not sure why you would want to use it in combination with Diclofenac especially considering the risk of their GIT side effects. I have reservations about this combination. Pantaprazoleis a PPI .it suppresses acid secretion in your stomach preferably given as a single daily dose. Please have a chat with your doctor just to be sure
