Prob not the cyst: Unless the cyst is very big (more than 5 - 10 cm), it is unlikely to be related to the pain.

Need more information, so please see your doctor, including follow up for the right ovary if necessary.

The symptoms could relate to arthritis in the lumbar spine, or be related to sciatica (neural foraminal stenosis).  Could be pulled muscle.

Consider lumbar spine MRI if no other cause is found.

Pregnant?: this could be from several causes . most of them hormonal one possibility is pregnancy . best to get checked.

What did you do?: Did you injure the back. Sounds very musculoskeletal. Try heat with passive back stretches and ibuprofen to bring down the swelling.

Hip pain: hip pain and lower back pain that shoots down the leg and shin is typical sciatica a pinched nerve in the gluteal muscle region.    Could be a slipped disc in your lower back at lower level. Should see a spine orthopedic physician or your primary care doc and have checked out.

Not sure: Your physical signs (lump on lower right abdomen) and symptoms (sore ribs and back with popping ribs) don't fit well together.  I suggest you see your primary care physician for an exam and a more complete history.

there is a bump right around my bone at my hip in the left iliac region. tenderness although i feel similar lump(not swolen) on my right?

Need to examine: It is not clear if there is any organic issue, other than soreness from exercise. Take Tylenol of the soreness, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. If it does not get better in a couple of days, skip exercising for 4-5 days.
Have a healthy diet,  drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Need evaluation: Pain coming from the hip can give you knee pain, so a problem in the hip joint is a possibility - but the diagnosis and treatment do require an evaluation to know for sure. Mild discomfort and arthritis or overuse pains are often managed with Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen (advil/motrin or tylenol), but your doctor can tell you what is best for you.

history: right hip ongoing, deep bone-like pain since high school then, 3+yrs ago, severe buttock cramping (for 4mo) that progressed to upper & lower leg bone pain, heel pain (deep aching/stabbing). grandma had osteoporosis. possible bone disease?

: If you have more than mild pain, you should get a medical evaluation done by your family doctor.
Since the pain has been going on for many years, we are unlikely to find any serious medical condition or bone disease.
Osteoporosis is not the cause in your case as that problem only occurs in older women(mostly after 65 years of age).

Skin burning : More details are needed to understand this well, which is best done with an in-person examination. Trying to piece things together I wonder if you have an inflamed nerve in the back from L4.
