Yes: Trichomonas can be seen under the microscope in the doctors office in a sample of vaginal discharge.  It is a bacterium with a flagellum that swims around.  There are tests for mycoplasma and ureaplasma but they are very specialized and not usually available at a standard doctor's office.  Its actually easier to treat them empirically rather than test for them.    Best wishes!

See Below...: Trichomonas doesn't respond to either Doxycycline or Azithromycin.  It is usually treated with Metronidazole.  Mycoplasma and ureaplasma responds to either Azithromycin or Doxycycline.   Best wishes!

Shock: Low blood pressure, rapid heart rate (at first), rapid respiration, shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, swelling, cold extremities, etc.  There are various forms of shock (vasogenic, cardiogenic, neurogenic, septic, adrenal, ....) and all can manifest similarly. Many times the critical care doctor has to do invasive tests to determine the cause.

Your gait is a complex series of coordinated muscle movement and can be influenced by age, structure, muscle control, etc. And affected by functioning body systems (i.e. Nervous system, circulation, musculoskeletal system, etc.).  Kind of a tough question without a physical exam.
