In general...yes: If you have inefficient biomechanics, your gait can be improved by modalities like physical therapy and orthotics. Your gait is a complex series of coordinated muscle movement and can be influenced by age, structure, muscle control, etc. And affected by functioning body systems (i.e. Nervous system, circulation, musculoskeletal system, etc.). Kind of a tough question without a physical exam.
